Olifėja, Lithuania’s biggest lottery operator, has selected a new media planning partner. The company signed a two-year agreement with Open Agency.
According to Egidijus Sys, the Head of Marketing at Olifėja, eight agencies competed for the contract. He said a key factor in Open Agency’s success was its strength in the digital space.
“Until now we were working with two partners: the media planner Carat and the digital agency iProspect. This time, though, we were looking for a company that had everything under one roof and could offer innovative solutions in the digital space. And that’s what swayed our decision,” E. Sys said, adding that it was precisely in the digital space where he saw the biggest growth potential.
Olifėja focuses mostly on its Teleloto and Perlas brands along with the Eurojackpot and Vikinglotto international lotteries.

“We don’t plan any changes in this area anytime soon,” Olifėja’s Head of Marketing noted.
